The National Association of University Women (NAUW) holds several pageants, including the Little Miss Green and White Pageant. The Wadesboro branch of NAUW recently hosted this pageant. The pageant is a way for NAUW to provide self-development and cultural opportunities for young women. NAUW also holds other pageants, such as the Little Master and Little Miss pageant, and has a history of hosting pageants for pre-teens.
